    Thank you so very much for the feedback.Yes,i agree about those basic constructive lines you pointed out.I tried initially keeping these in mind but i need to obviously practice a lot more to keep these alignments correct.

    Yes i do believe somewhere things went wrong and i lost the likeness of my friend’s face.

    With his consent i am uploading his photograph which i used as reference.

    Any further opinion or suggestiond on this ,would be much appreciated.

    Absolutely stunning!

    Back study of the male figure was  powerful ,gorgeous  ,  i liked the way , you made other parts of the figure silhouetted  holding the viewers’ attention on the  desired focal point.

     

    Keep posted   more such works.

    I am so very thankful for this valued feedback .
    You have put real effort and time to explain me in great details the loopholes and correctly pointed out potential areas of improvement in my drawing.The example sketches with those coloured lines make it really easy to understand and relate. I will try working on these areas for improvement.

    Hi James,
    Thank you so much for this valuable feedback,belive me your kind words gives a lot of encouragement to amateur or beginner artists like me(didnt receive any for the last work submitted!).
    Yes,you are correct that the hands have been small and with lots of unnecssary details and shading it is far away from a simple gesture drawing ,well thats what i struggle for.. not to make my studies look overworked ! but end up doing so.
