That’s a wild one! Very cool. Too: no matter what kind of expression colors you use tru to keep the tonal relationships intact. So the cast shadows are dark but probably not that much darker than other shadows and the hair.

I tried a couple of times but the Day 10 image failed to display correctly. It gives me a clear version if I click on it.

Yes, we just implemented a new image processing system and the settings compress too aggressively. We are tweaking now. If an image appears blurry just click on it!

I really love your watercolor pieces, they have a lovely texture and the colors you use are right on the spot. Amazing to see that you use a variety of different mediums so skillfully, it really makes me want to practice even more! Keep it up!

Really nice work. Try to link together your hilights to create “passages” that move your eye through the piece.

Thanks Ramona! I’m a bit lack of discipline and easy to get bored, so I jump around mediums. I probably could have made more progress if I chose a direction. 🙂

Hi, Zach! I’ve been working with watercolor for quite some years, mainly still life, landscape etc. Figures and portraits are the focuses for me.
