Hi Ian! You have a great start! One of the many things that stood out to me, and found it helped me in the beginning, was Chris Legaspi’s advice: Try not to use the eraser for highlights/bright spots when starting out. I’m still trying to work it all out too so I’m open for any advice. 🙂

So after taking an almost 2 week mental break from this challenge I am back at it! I’ve been filling my days with other art including painting during my hiatus. Here are days 22-24:

Hi Warwick! Looks like a beautiful area you moved to! I like the viewpoint you painted. I am getting into landscapes and enjoyed your handling of the trees and rocks. I hope you get more feedback from others with more landscape experience. Congrats on your move!
