In week three, instructor Cornelia Hernes will guide you through a focused composition study in a still-life setting. You’ll delve into color theory, understanding color relationships and their roles in enhancing your artwork. Cornelia will demonstrate effective premixing of a palette and techniques for blocking in and refining. By the end, you’ll have the skills to craft a balanced and compelling still-life composition.

Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.
