    picnot sure if I am posting these in the right place, I have been on this website for like 4 days completely by myself.

     

    is there anyone here, has this been abandoned?  I Havent had one person say boo to me in all that time. I find that pretty bizarre

    I am working on the lessons  but before I go any further, I would like to know if I am on the right track, if I am doing what I am supposed to be doing?

    I see no one elses post to compare. sorry to bother you, this is my first time doing this kind of thing.

    anyhoo, I will wait to hear from someone before I proceed on the other 3 paintings.

     

    this is all I could get done in half hour, I get all panic struck and start making all kinds of mistakes.

    I am one that usually ends up ‘straightening up my figures, so I have been working hard on NOT doing that.

    apologies for the photo an the glare, I work under the most impossible lighting conditions.

    hello, I am very interested in figure drawing. I love it so much.

    I am brand new to oil paint, totally, I have a general grasp of the color wheel, the proportions of the figure, etc.

    I feel like I am right there on the edge of making another break through in my art but really need some help moving forward.

    I thought I would post my first oil painting figure drawing so you can see where I am starting from, the very ground. I look forward to this class and the others you have. I will be spending a bit of time here with your classes, hoping to see some improvement. I feel like I am right there, but have been STUCK at this level. I am also using paper, gessoed, it is affordable for me and I dont mind it.  figure
