Glenn Vilppu is an internationally renowned draftsman, painter, and instructor whose books and instructional videos are utilized by universities, art schools, and independent students worldwide. He’s the author of The Vilppu Drawing Manual (3rd Edition). Vilppu has had over 20 solo exhibitions and is represented in collections throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. Vilppu’s approach to teaching drawing has become a standard for professional artists, imitated by numerous teachers and applied by tens of thousands of his students. With 20 years in the Animation industry, Vilppu has brought his approach to traditional figure drawing and composition to shorts and feature films of Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Productions, and Warner Bros. He is also the founder of the Vilppu Academy Online School for Drawing.
