In week 13 with instructor Joe Altwer, you will study the importance of edge quality when developing a painting. Joe will continue on his still life of reflective objects against a light background. He will demonstrate creating soft and sharp edges for different surfaces. You will also learn to describe complex textures such as flour.
Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.
You do not need to purchase specific materials to take this course.
We have included a materials list as recommendation only.
If you cannot find a specific material in your area, use the closest equivalent available to you.
