In week two, Judy Fox focuses on refining the block-in of your sculpture, observing both external and internal contours. You will learn to measure proportions and angles using vertical and horizontal checks while aligning your viewpoint with the model’s pose. This process connects gesture and structure, transitioning broad shapes into defined volumes while maintaining symmetry and balance.
