In week two, you will discover where the 12 principles of animation came from and take a closer look at the first three principles. To begin, instructor Michael Cedeno will briefly talk about the importance of sketchbooks and the handling of pencils. Then, instructor Kathleen Quaife-Hodge will demonstrate in detail the roles of timing, slo-in slo-out, and squash and stretch in animation.
Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.
You do not need to purchase specific materials to take this course.
We have included a materials list as recommendation only.
