In week two, you will discover where the 12 principles of animation came from and take a closer look at the first three principles. To begin, instructor Michael Cedeno will briefly talk about the importance of sketchbooks and the handling of pencils. Then, instructor Kathleen Quaife-Hodge will demonstrate in detail the roles of timing, slo-in slo-out, and squash and stretch in animation.
Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.
