In week five with instructor Joseph Todorovich, you will learn how to resolve a long-pose figure painting. Joseph will teach you how to approach the lower half of the figure and the fabric in this pose. You will study the characteristics of neutral colors and the importance of anatomy. Joseph will demonstrate how he builds up the subtlety in his painting while showing you how to add highlights and texture.

Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.
