In week three, instructor Steve Huston will demonstrate his approach to long-pose charcoal drawing. He will share with you the necessary materials for charcoal drawing. You will learn about mark-making, drawing warmup poses, arranging the model, and rendering your drawing to completion.

Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.
