How do we control the viewer’s experience of our drawings? The best way to do this is to establish visual hierarchies or areas of importance such as a focal point. In week four, instructor Joseph Todorovitch will teach you how to establish the most important area of your composition with contrast and rendered forms.

Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.
