In week eight, Glenn will begin with a classroom lecture on the comparative anatomy of animals and humans, showing you the similarities and differences between multiple animals. Glenn will then take you to his ranch to sketch dogs and horses from life. Using watercolor pencils and a fountain pen, you will learn to portray gestures and forms by analyzing each animal’s proportions and key anatomical landmarks.

Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.
