    Hello again! This is my portrait drawing for the Russian Academic Drawing course. I’m pretty happy with it, though I’m sure there are a lot of things that I missed! I would love to hear ideas for how I can improve.

    Iliya Mirochnik, if you happen to read this, thanks so much for your course! I can’t believe how much I’ve learned already. I can already tell I am looking at objects differently now.

    Good job!  The thing I notice is the sharp delineation of his left collar bone.  Needs more modeling there.   His right shoulder where it joins the arm seems too sharp an angle.  Below his left ear towards the should there is a bulge that does not look natural, perhaps too sharply delineated.  But really looks quite good overall.  Hope that helps.
