    Hi, I’m Norma Drish from Louisville, KY.  I am a self taught artist but I have been taking 6 week courses here and there and with NMA.  I have tried just about every medium but currently working with oils.  I can draw and paint people but struggle a LOT with my own self portrait.  I just found out about the challenge so I am a couple of days behind.  Looking forward to everyone’s input and any tips to get me started are welcome😊

    Not looking like me at at all but I believe I am getting better at placement .  I follow Steve Houston, great teacher.  I feel like when I start my oval I end up shaving off a lot on the sides and the chin
