    Hi everyone,

I started learning drawing through NMA a few months ago. I never dared beginning a sketchbook yet, because I had the feeling that artists showcasing their sketchbook were already very good artists, and it intimidated me. Then I realised that my journey through drawing invited me to disobey my fears, and that sharing a sketchbook here could help me be more consistent and confident. It feels safer here than in social medias, for instance. Among many things I have to learn, I should learn to slow down (I often am in a rush because I’m afraid of the result and want to get rid of it, as if it was a homework). And I’d like to regulary achieve sketches, for it leads me to more finished drawings.

Well, it is what it is.

As I said in my presentation, I need to slow down. From imagination.
