    I have no idea what I’m doing. This drawing looked like a man before revisions which is sad because I thought it would be impossible to make her look bad. Any critique is welcome. At 43 I have thick skin…Ha! I started painting during this pandemic and now I’m obsessed and happy to have found NMA.JG Graphite

    You’re off to a great start. Main issue is that the front plane (run a line through the eyes) doesn’t seem to be clearly turning to become the side plane (with the ears). Think of it like a box.

    Hey David as Joshua was saying i would approach it thinking about when the head becomes side plane, here is a quicksketch i did of how would i approach it. I hope it helps
