Critique pleas of plaster cast

Sorry if picture is not good, first timer posting here! I made original sculpture in oil based clay and molded and cast it in plaster. I’ve submitted it for several shows and cannot get it accepted, is there any advice to make it stronger in composition/perhaps generally skill based?
