    I am a self taught novice in oil painting.  This is the first layer and block in for this painting and I am open to all comments and critiques.

    Oil portraiture and landscape are my first love and when I’m away from work or get a second to be human, art is what I’m doing, thinking or dreaming of.

    My goal here is to learn and interact with those who have had formal training in efforts to grow and get to know others with similar passions.
