    I’ve been doing the 100 Day Art Challenge for a couple weeks now and realised I should probably introduce myself.

    I’m Kelsey, and I am a beginner (artist?) trying to learn the fundamentals. I started picking up sketching this time last year as a form of stress relief and really enjoy it. It’s a hobby but I am still interested in developing skills. I’ve been working mostly in pencil and charcoal but am starting to dabble with ink and watercolour too.

    I like a variety of artists, including Mike Mignola, James Gurney, John Bauer, Aaron Blaise, Sargent, William Blake… artists who dabble with both life and imagination. Anywho, that’s about it for me!
