My recent sketches from the mall. I will go back later this week.

Sketching “in the field” is great practice.  Keep it up!!  Are the Mall’s open where you live?  Where I live you could only draw people with masks on.

The malls are closed! At least until further notice. I think they’re planning to steadily open up a few businesses. In the meantime I finished Rey Bustos ecorche videos.

It’s far from perfect but I’m glad that I got through the videos. I kept messing up on the skeleton in the beginning because I used original sculpey (it kept breaking). Fortunately after I baked the clay I started using polymer for the muscles.

Also one finger exploded, which is why there’s a piece of clay on it.

Thats very cool. How long did it take to get through the whole thing?

I’d say since early February? Haha

I had work in between so it wasn’t until recently (covid19, unemployed) that I was able to fully devote my time to the project.
