In this session with model Scarlette, instructor Glenn Vilppu will demonstrate how to capture both the gesture of the pose and the anatomy of the figure. You will learn how to approach working from a live model. During this session, you may practice drawing along with Glenn or do the assignment after his demonstrations. You will discover the common mistakes made in figure drawing as Glenn critiques other student’s work.

Join Glenn Vilppu for our weekly Friday Figure Drawing interactive stream, where he shares with you his approach to figure drawing. Each week features a different model with a new set of poses. Glenn will illustrate how to tackle each pose in real-time using digital and traditional mediums. For feedback, draw along with the stream and submit your completed drawings of that week’s model to the New Masters Academy Discord channel.
