In week eight with instructor Charles Hu, you will learn to draw trees and plants while paying attention to grouping, perspective, and overlapping. Then, Charles will help you apply what you have learned to create compositional studies of landscape scenes. You will begin drawing landscapes using an artist pen and markers, then switch to sketching in colors using gouache.

Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.
