We are pleased to share with you a 10 week-long class brought to you by Art Mentors! In this class, Master draftsman, Glenn Vilppu teaches Constructive Head Drawing.Glenn’s unique approach to head drawing will guide students through the process of constructing the head. The class will focus on the anatomical structures of the skull and face, and how to draw realistic features and expressions. Glenn will also share his tools and techniques for lighting, shading, and describing the forms of the head. In this third lesson, you will learn more about the planes of the face, and how to employ rendering techniques to describe the underlying structures. Glenn analyzes examples of master works, traces over a skull, and finishes off with a rendered drawing from a live model.
