Hello, do the 3D models usually work on iPad? I keep getting an error unable to load message.

Currently the viewer is desktop/laptop only. We are developing an app version now that will be an install and allow you to use it properly on your mobile devices.

In the meantime next week we are launching a totally recoded version of our viewer and we will begin updating our 3D model library again.

If you are interested in beta testing the 3D app let us know.

Hi, is there any progress on this? I don’t have access to a laptop so would love to continue using my iPad, but can’t upgrade my subscription until I can access the models on it unfortunately. If there are any opportunities to road test I’m happy to take part.

I’d like to second the previous comment. I own an iPad Pro, and like Danielle, every time I try to load a 3D model on the NMA site, I’m greeted with an error message. Initially, I thought it was an issue with my tablet; however, when I contacted Apple, they explained it was a coding issue with Unity and the NMA site and not with the iPad. How true this is, I don’t know, but I have found other iOS artist model apps work fine. If it’s a case of a coding error, I would certainly appreciate if NMA could investigate, as I feel I’m not getting the most out of the site and my premium membership all because I own an iPad.
