NMA needs a customer service journey or a feedback button.

While there is a good quality content, everything is being thrown away with the huge amount of issues in both pages. (standard and v3 beta).

    Here’s a list of issues I’ve encountered:

    • Courses completion not updating
    • Course completion not being synched between both sites
    • Videos not loading
    • Reference images not loading
    • Live session disappearing from “Live classes” section
    • Recorded live session getting mixed with other recorded live sessions

There are a few more, like Asaro’s videos being placed in the middle of a course without structure.

It seems like NMA has being able to stablished a successful source of revenue, but overall I have this feeling that customer satisfaction is being overlooked

Kroger is now conducting an online feedback contest for their customers who visit the store. At https://krogercomfeedback.com/, the official site requests that all the customers take part in the survey to help them better their services. As a token of appreciation from the company they are offering 50 fuel points for free to the customers who participated in the feedback survey contest.

It sounds like you’re experiencing quite a few frustrating issues with the platform, particularly with course completion tracking, media loading problems, and disorganized content. These challenges can definitely impact the learning experience, and it seems that while the platform may have a solid revenue stream, customer satisfaction and user experience could be suffering as a result. Addressing technical bugs, ensuring content consistency, and maintaining a seamless experience across different versions of the site are essential to keeping users engaged and satisfied. Have you considered sharing this feedback directly with their support team? Sonic Happy Hour
