I cannot find all the ways of the website. Does anyone now if there is information how to arrange the lighting of a studio? Which lamps, which position and so on?

Hi Jeannette, it might help to talk about what your goals and budget are.
You can also see the video “Ideal working Light Setup” here: https://www.nma.art/v3/course-catalog/courses/781200
I find that the budget option works pretty well. I cover the light with 2 paper towels held on with a rubber band, this helps diffuse the light. it also helps to keep the light as far away from the drawing surface as possible to reduce hot spots.
If you are working with oils, you may have to adjust the light angle so that you don’t get glare. and this may be obvious, but if you are right handed, the light generally works best on the left side so that you hand is not casting a shadow on your drawing area
