    Hi Tim,

     

    I like the looseness here – adds alot of energy, it’s almost vibrating! All underpinned by clearly defined lights and darks. Good stuff!

    I agree with Lewis. There a lot of good things going on in this piece. I like the composition, your painterly technique, and that you aren’t afraid to use dark values. I would never have guessed you that you are just starting to study drawing! Impressive! It’s great, too, that you’re spending time on the other threads. I’ve learned so much from both the courses as well as other artists on the site. I know I appreciate your comments on some of my posts. Keep sharing your work!
