Lesson progress not being recorded or saved

In the last two weeks or so, I’ve noticed that my progress in various classes is not being saved properly or at all.  Now when I click continue, I’m taken to the first lesson / week in the series.  The synopsis on the course title page also shows that I have completed no lessons.  Currently I am experiencing this problem in “Paper to Canvas” with Joseph Tedorovich.  Every time, I want to check back in to the class, I have to search the lesson videos to find where I last stopped.  I’m also concerned with not being credited with completing a class.  I suppose that matters only to me, but still it is frustrating and a little demoralizing personally.

this is my problem too! There was something called PLAYLIST on first site that, while clunky, at leas saved programs/course progress. Is this something I just dont know about?
