In this video lesson, world-famous artist and instructor Glenn Vilppu demonstrates basic procedures for working with a fountain pen and water brush through a series of drawings from imagination. You will learn how to start with a loose pencil gesture drawing, add in your pen strokes, and alternate between the waterbrush to create drawings with spontaneity and confidence.

He said in one video that he has the finest nibs you can get on them.

In one of the figure drawing videos he said he has an SF, which he called “Super Fine” or something, but that actually stands for “soft fine.”  There’s an SEF that stands for “Soft Extra Fine,” so my guess is that he probably has the fine.

What is the ink he is using?  I am having a hard time finding ink that bleeds out for tone. Just choosing water soluble ink isn’t working
