    Hi Cecelia, there’s a lot of great play between highlights and shadows in this piece. Contrast at the mouth, eyes. Wow. I look at the hard edge of the shadow on the neck, do you want that to be more sharp? More of a personal choice I think, what you did matches the work though. Opposite for the nose, have more gradation there to give is more roundness, but the way you did it gives the work it’s character as well. Look at the direction of the eyes. Looking forward to see the next!
