Are these forums being phased out?

I’ve noticed there’s no Forums link from the main dropdown. You have to dig through to the site directory at the bottom of the page to find these forums. I personally like the forums more because they’re easily searchable and static but I also see the use of realtime chat. Are these forums being demoted in favor of the Discord server?
