3D Model Viewer not Working on Chrome

When I try to view a 3D model, the viewer window just displays the NMA logo. How can I solve this?

Hi Win, please test this in incognito mode. Sometimes this happens due to a caching issue which you can clear in your browser settings.
Please also make sure that your browser tab stays active while the model loads.
The viewer is optimized for browsers that support webgl 2.0 on desktop
That excludes safari and mobile devices.
You may also want to open your task manager or another hardware monitoring service to see if any of your components are struggling.

Please email “info@nma.art” with screenshots of the issue and your computer specs including the following:

Computer type
Operating system and version
browser
Ram
Graphics card
CPU
and whether or not this is happening for a specific model or all models
