Hello, Brittney!
I am actually the Student Coordinator for the NMA Coaching Program, and while my opinion may at first glance appear biased, I can assure you I’m solely speaking on my experience in this position and what I have witnessed firsthand.
In the several years working for NMA’s Coaching Program, I have seen students excel beyond what their original goals and expectations were when they began the program.
Students have shared with me the assignments and critiques provided by their Coach have assisted them to develop and strengthen technique, stay on track, remain motivated, and feel less intimidated and alone in their craft.
Additionally, we have a student lounge where Coaching students can chat with each other and share artwork, thus providing a better sense of community among artists.
I have seen many students join the program and stay enrolled for years, and I’ve had the pleasure of being able to watch as their skill and confidence grew magnificently.
The program is designed with the artist’s individual needs in mind, there is no typical cookie cutter academic curriculum. Every detail is customized to align with the the artists authentic needs and goals.
Coaches are even selected based on a student’s style of art, goals, and communication style. NMA candidly seeks to provide the artist what they uniquely need to improve their skill set.
The economic crisis and 2020 have truly been a burden for many, but I think if you join the Coaching Program, it could bring some positivity and light to the year, as well as start off 2021 with some direction.
If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email, (natalie@newmastersacademy.org) or respond to this post. Take care!

Josh,
Yes! We have a “Playlist” option! My suggestion is to title it “favorites/bookmarks” and then add each lesson you’re interested in to the playlist.
In the screenshot below, you will see where you can add the videos into your customized playlist.
- View the desired video you wish to save for later.
- Select “Add to Playlist,” in the top right corner.
- Select the “+ New Playlist.”
- An option will pop up to title your playlist. Here is where you will want to title it, “Favorites/Bookmarks.”
- Select “Save.”
- Voila! You now have a saved playlist for all the video lessons you wish to view later. The playlist will also “hold your spot,” and pause/pick up right where you last left off on any lesson.
- To find your playlist at a later date, hover the cursor over your display name in the top right of the website. The drop down menu will appear, and a tab labeled “playlists” will be included in that area. You will find your playlist there! π
Please let me know if you need any other help with creating your playlist. I can walk you through getting it set up over the phone as well! π
Hello, Beth! I am working on getting this issue resolved and will follow up with you in an email in the next business day.

Bill Perkins really is such an amazing artist and instructor!
If there is ever a specific series you hope to gain the coinciding files for, please feel free to email us and we can try our best to get those all over to you. π
Hello, Brittney! The premium subscription is only $10 more per month (even less if you choose to purchase an annual subscription) and includes access to over tens of thousands of high-res photos of diverse models in hundreds of poses.
Many artists have shared with me they find our image library to be the very best offered in online art education, I hope you’ll consider giving the premium subscription a try. π
Awesome suggestion, Ann! I think that would be helpful for a lot of artists. π
Sorry about that, Jim!
Uber, that would be a very fun course! I will share it with the NMA team. π
Hello, Peter! I would love to assist you with your questions regarding a course. Feel free to respond back to me on here, or email me at @newmastersacademy.org">natalie@newmastersacademy.org
