    Wow,this looks so cool,the forms,cast shadows  came out  very nicely,but did you want to keep outlines around individual muscle bellies of recti and serratus deliberately? instead of blending them into the shadows?

    Thanks and yes I did but maybe I should of gone more darker in the shadow areas and would of looked better

    Hi Tim

    I used Faber Castell Graphite pencils for most of it and as for the background I used some charcoal powder and used a brush to fill it in
