The Fundamental Forms of Drawing

In this lesson, instructor Iliya Mirochnik will teach you the fundamentals of drawing form, using simple geometric shapes such as the cube, cylinder, and cone. You will learn how to describe three-dimensional volume and construct forms from observation.

Hello everyone,

I’m confused regarding the correction of the first ellipse from the second cylinder we study in this lecture.

When we correct the angle from the top right angle of the ellipse to its top left(the diagonal), are we correcting the diagonal of the ellipse or the one of the square?
