Realistic oil painting of skulls

“Re-reunion of a boyband”
Oil on canvas, 100×50 cm. Death is part of zeitgeist (only now or always?)
It looks like a boyband with five different members but actually it’s one (male european) skull in different poses. I tried to be relatively realistic and anatomically correct. Photos of skulls are from NMA collection.
One of my Instagram followers suggested that maybe the name of the band is The Rolling Bones. What a great name (:

I like it , great rendering,  i would say you just nailed it on your intention.
