Northwest Norwegian landscape

This is my first work presented in this forum. I have followed all the lectures of Ben Fenske’s Introduction to landscape painting and most of the linear perspective Drawing lectures of Eric Olson. I find both helpful and valuable. In this painting I have tried to follow what I have learned in the videos. I have used a photo which I took the other day while hiking in the mountain area near my home in the north west of Norway. I have changed the path a bit to improve the composition. In addition I have added some sheep to give the painting a bit more life.

Beautiful landscape lovely sense of space you have really good understanding of  colour and I love all the various shades

Its possibly the photo but I feel the distant mountain is tonally a little dark

That is most likely how it was in reality   , I feel it would read a little  lighter.

Great composition drawing and colour I really enjoy this painting
