Hello, my name is Marco and after some time on NMA I finaly decided to post my homework and exercies I do for the courses I follow in this forum. On one hand I want to use this as an extra motivation to work regularly on the courses and on the other hand I will be very happy if someone wants to give me critique or has something else to say.

Currently I work on the Russian Academic Drawing Course and recently I finisched Lesson 4.

P.S.: I´m no a native Englisch speaker and if someone doesn´t understand anything I write, feel free to ask me for a more precise explanation.

Here is my Homework for Lesson 2 of the Russian Academic Drawing Course. Sorry for the bad quality of the Pictures, but I took the photos after I folded the Pages and my setup for taking the pictures wasn´t optimal.

Hi Marco, good to see you do the course. I did these line drawings too. I like to put on loud classical music as I do these. Adds a whole lot of drama and atmosphere to the excersizes. 🙂

Hello Shazad and thank you for the nice words. I had pevious experience with this exercice but this was the first time on an easel and without turning the page in my preferred direction. Most times I also listen to music when I do the exercieces but I prefer Melodic Death Metal, especially Amon Amarth.

Hi Marco. Great to see you doing line exercises. I still do this exercise too! It’s very helpful. I like your straight line exercise. It may seem boring but it will help you improve quickly.
