    My first live portrait, hoping for some critiques. Thank you everybody for any feedback.

    Hi Francisco. Did you paint this from live model? If it’s your first, really nice job. The main thing I noticed is the drawing can be improved in certain areas to give more structure and naturalistic look. Specifically in the shape of the jaw, the nostril, neck and even the highlight on the hair can suggest the curve or volume of the skull. Color wise, I would more cools or blue to the face, feels too pink and monochrome overall. Also add some warms to the field of blue in the bg and simplify some of the shapes and contrast.
