Horrible video quality

The new “Introduction to Photoshop” videos have absolutely horrid video quality. It goes in and out between (what I presume, but how would I know when you don’t allow users to pick their own stream resolution?) 360p and 720/1080p every 10-20 seconds… And as I’m typing this the video starts buffering too and I had to restart the video… As soon as I restarted the video and went back to the timestamp, it started off in ridiculously low resolution.

I’ve noticed this issue with a lot of your videos, but not THIS much of a disaster. The video is so blurry half the time I can barely make out what Chris is doing in them. It is not my Internet connection. This is definitely on your end.
