Hi Elena,

I really like your gestures from day 12 aswell as your current paintings from day 14. Especially the top and bottom right ones really convey a sense of light.

Just out of curiosity because I mostly see hard edges in your watercolor work, are you working mostly wet on dry?

Anyway keep going there’s definitely some progress!

Hi Christopher,

Thank you for watching what I am doing here and for your comment! I really what to progress hoping that one day the quantity will become some new quality… For this purpose I am sketching everyday models from life and sometimes from reference photos. Yes, I am working most of the time wet on dry but I wish I could do something like a very skillful watercolor master, put some water on the paper and in two or three gestures create beautiful human shapes and forms… I think for this level of mastery I should still work 😉

I saw also your work on perspective, and it seems to go very well! I think I will also do later some perspective studies. It is always a good idea.

Hi Shazad, thank you for your kind words and encouragement! Sometimes I think that my work is worthless but after this kind of message I feel myself more motivated to continue. You too, keep going with Russian drawing course, it is very challenging… I am still drawing the skulls :))
